Damian Ariza - NC Workers Association and Saint thomas More Catholic Church, Chapel Hill North Carolina. Damian is a native of Mexico. He helps with the coordination of the Sister Parish program of the Church. Very active leader in the community.
Cruz Cabrera - Iglesia Católica de la Inmaculada Concepción, Durham. Cruz is part of the Social Concerns Committee of the Church and an active leader in the community. He has a background on community organizing in his native country.
Sue Gilberson - Catholic Social Ministries, Durham, North Carolina. Sue is the Regional Director for Catholic Social Ministries and a local leader in Durham. She has years of experience working to help the disadvantaged in the community. Provides several services to Latinos.
Casilda Jaimes - El Centro Hispano, Durham. Casilda is a native of Mexico. She is a Women’s organizer at El Centro Hispano. Casilda has years of experience in community organizing and grassroots fundraising.
Deborah Kelly - Centro de Acción Latino, Guilford, North Carolina. Deborah is a native of Puerto Rico. She currently directs the largest grassroots Latino organization of the Triad area. She is involved in several social change efforts.
Germán Villacorta - Casa Morganton North Carolina. German is a native of Peru and is a leader of the Latino community in North Carolina. He is the Chair of CASA a grassroots organization dedicated to building power among low-income residents of western North Carolina. German is an active leader at the local Catholic Church Saint Charles Borromeo.
